Dawn Cooper founded Bailey’s Botanicals from a simple desire to protect the people she loves most. When her daughter, London, was young, Dawn struggled to find bug repellents that felt effective while also aligning with her preference for more natural, plant-based ingredients. Frustrated by products filled with harsh chemicals and overpowering scents, she began creating her own botanical blends at home.
What started as a solution for one little girl quickly became a passion for helping other families enjoy the outdoors with confidence. Today, Dawn carefully crafts products that combine nature-inspired ingredients, quality craftsmanship, and everyday practicality.
As a Black woman entrepreneur and mother, Dawn believes wellness begins with the choices we make for ourselves and our families. Through Bailey’s, she hopes to bring thoughtfully made products into homes that value natural living, comfort, and care.
